Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Actively bolstering recruitment efforts through online job portals
- Conduct phone screenings to track & identify prospective candidates to ensure cultural fit and job compatibility
- Assisting with on-boarding process and preparing the necessary logistics
- Meeting recruiting targets
- Monitoring recruitment statistics and highlighting bottlenecks
