What you’ll do:

• Actively bolstering recruitment efforts through online job portals
• Conduct phone screenings to track & identify prospective candidates to ensure cultural fit and job compatibility 
• Assisting with on-boarding process and preparing the necessary logistics
• Meeting recruiting targets
•  Monitoring recruitment statistics and highlighting bottlenecks
