Job Description

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our firm to provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to RedNova’s customers in need. This position mainly involves overseeing of community groups, mainly on WeChat.

As a community manager, you need to have strong people skills and a knack for problem solving to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues. Your insightful contribution will be of great importance in operating the groups.

This job will help you gain broad experience in the industry and you will be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities

Handle enquires from the public in community groups in a timely, efficient, patient and professional manner;

Foster positive relations with key customers;

Monitor and analyze customer service trends and communicate findings to managers;

Enhance user satisfaction and assist the customers with patience;

Assist the team in customer community building;

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements

Able to communicate fluently and write clearly in both Chinese and English (Mainly Chinese);

Good writing and communication skills;

Have a WeChat account;

Strong desire to learn along with professional drive;

Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain industry;

Keen learning ability as ICO is a fairly new industry and interns are required to learn fast.
