Company Profile

Study House Academy is a Singapore-based tuition and enrichment centre offering Primary, Secondary, Junior College, IGCSE, IBDP, and IAL tuition in English, Math, and Science - both in-person at our Alexandra Central Mall centre and online. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, self-driven individual to help us reach more students and parents across Singapore.

Job Description

Digital Marketing & Community Intern (Part-Time Remote)

We're hiring a Digital Marketing & Community Intern (Part-Time Remote) to own our social media presence and community channels, and to help drive lead generation for the centre. This is a hands-on, output-focused role — ideal for someone who enjoys both creating content and thinking about what makes people click, follow, and enquire.

What You'll Do

Content creation

  • Develop educational content and study materials for Primary/Secondary/Junior College levels across English, Math, and Science, tailored for our Telegram community and social platforms

  • Turn existing teaching resources (notes, worksheets, model answers) into bite-sized, shareable content

  • Design carousels, short videos, and posts that are genuinely useful to students and parents, not just promotional

Channel management

  • Post consistently across Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Adapt content format and tone to suit each platform's audience and conventions

  • Maintain a content calendar and posting cadence

Growth & lead generation

  • Drive follower and subscriber growth across all channels as a core KPI

  • Identify and test growth tactics (hashtags, collaborations, trends, giveaways, etc.)

  • Support broader marketing and lead-generation initiatives, including campaigns tied to enrolment periods

  • Track basic performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach) and report on what's working

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and visual communication skills; comfortable writing in English (Chinese proficiency for Xiaohongshu content is a strong plus)

  • Familiarity with the Singapore education landscape (PSLE, O Level, A Level, IGCSE, IBDP) is a plus

  • Prior experience managing social media accounts or growing an online community, personal or professional

  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar) and comfort with short-form video creation/editing

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Based in Singapore, available for occasional in-person coordination

Details

  • Type: Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 6–12 hours/week, negotiable)

  • Location: Remote, with occasional visits to our Alexandra Central Mall centre for content shoots or team check-ins

  • Compensation: SGD11.50/h

  • Open to A-level graduate or undergraduate with a strong academic background in English, Mathematics or Science.

  • Start: Immediate
