Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our marketing and administrative efforts.
The Marketing and Administrative Intern will work closely with our marketing team to assist with various marketing initiatives and also provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and administrative functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Update company's website and create marketing collaterals.
- Help manage social media platforms - Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of events and other marketing activities.
- Required to attend all offline events.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including updating content calendars and campaign trackers.
- Assist with data entry, and organising files and records.
- Track influencer deliverables, and manage RSVPs and guest lists.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or related program , preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Competent in English for both writing and speaking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator). Must be comfortable using design software to create social media content, digital ads, and marketing collaterals including print materials.
- A keen eye for design and skilled in producing on-brand visuals that support marketing objectives and enhance engagement.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
