HR Internship (Talent Acquisition; 3 Months Contract)
The Role of a Recruiter
You will handle a full suite of recruitment services from business development and client prospecting to networking with potential candidates across a diverse range of industries and organisation functions.
• Manage the full 360 Recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and contract offer.
• Establish partnerships and work with hiring managers from SMEs/MNCs to provide the best staffing service & follow-ups
• Provide consultative advice to both clients/candidates on the job market, salary benchmarking and career match
• Make use of warm & cold leads in building new business opportunities and leads conversion
• Business meetings with stakeholders to understand their operational needs
• Exercise flexibility and creativity to provide market solutions for clients
• Work effectively in a team-based & collaborative environment to deliver top quality supply of talents and candidates.
How to Qualify
• Bachelor’s Degree in any background
• Inquisitive and eager to learn
• Self-motivated and people oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
