Description:
- Be involved in full cycle of recruitment activities under supervision of a manager/ mentor
- Business partnering with hiring managers for best in- class hiring techniques
- Sourcing of talents via job portals and various tools
- Screening & short listing of candidates for clients’ interviews
- Managing and providing consultancy to candidates on employment queries
