We are looking for a Creative Lead to guide our agency's creative team. A good eye for aesthetics and a "will do" attitude are things that we admire!
As the Creative Lead, you will work closely with the Account Servicing team to deliver thumb-stopping content that meets or at best exceed the expectations of our clients. Simultaneously, honing the skill of your team.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client's visual direction and bringing written concepts to fruition
- Communicate the expectations of the creative team consistently and concisely to subordinates, and report back to respective account servicing staff
- Provide advice for all design related matters (e.g. photography, videography, filters)
- Present and oversee submission of final concepts and obtaining approvals for deliverables
- Work efficiently and keep Account Servicing team informed on progress of creative team
Skill Set Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in adapting to various brand visual directions and managing multiple projects at the same time
- Expert in all designing programs – Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. (3D Design will be a plus)
- Strong ability to prioritise and delegate work
- Profound knowledge in typography, graphic design, interactive development, content creation
- Familiar with all Social Media Platforms - mainly Instagram & Facebook
