Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

  • Prospect for potential companies who are looking to hire and build up new accounts to grow the organisation.
  • Speak to hiring managers and key HR personnels on their hiring needs and market our services to them.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients and learn to draft proposals/RFPs.
  • Build long-term and meaningful partnerships with clients.
  • Advice clients on Employment Act matters.


Talent Acquisition:

  • Post advertisements and screen candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Profile the candidates to clients.
  • Administrate contracts to candidates.
  • Advice candidates on their career progression and other employment matters; Candidate management.


Requirements:
• Min Degree in Business/ HRM/ Marketing
• No working experience required as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
