Boutique Concierge (Luxury) | 1 Year Contract

• As an Ambassador of the Maison, responsible for upholding the brand image and to provide a consistent excellent client experience through the entire client journey
• To handle the waiting time management by informing clients about the approximate waiting times, providing stock information, and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
• Help ensure a smooth client flow and orientation throughout their journey in the boutique by assessing their needs and being prompt and positive in responding to their concerns

Job Requirements:

• Preferably to have working experience of 1 - 2 years in the Retail/Customer Service/Hospitality industry.
• Has an excellent communication in English
• Able to provides excellent service and client focused
• Has initiative & a positive mindset; such as to “Go the extra mile” for the clients
