Job Description

• Tracking and receiving of new samples
• Liaising with factories to make sure samples arrive in time for trade show
• Tracking and packing of past season samples for samples sales in store
• Preparation of product catalogues for various buyers
• Preparation of showroom display for trade show
• Preparation of product digital sheet, line sheet and PO
• Preparation of inventory listing for close up clearance
• Source and downloading of product images from brand folder for e-com uploading
• Follow up and preparation of tech sheets
• Stocks enquires request for seeding
• Co-ordinate goods returns to suppliers
• Involve in end of season depletion plan for all markets, coordinate seasonal markdown list
• Assist in inventory and sell thru reports
• and any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in MS office applications, good in V look up and pivot tables
• Proficient in tools such as Photoshop and adobe
• Detailed oriented and numerically sensitive
• Digitally savvy
• Willingness to be “hands-on”
