QI DIAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. (the "Company") is a Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares, incorporated on 6 May 2014 (Tuesday) in Singapore . The address of the Company's registered office is at the NORTH POINT BIZHUB building. The Company current operating status is live and has been operating for 11 years. This Company's principal activity is general contractors (building construction including major upgrading works) with wholesale of construction materials, hardware, plumbing and heating equipment and supplies n.e.c. - To maintain the database and summary of purchasing including vendors, material price, market price fluctuation and movement, etc.
- To support and work with operation team to source and procure correct machinery/ equipment/ material and to manage the suppliers to ensure deliveries are on schedule and prompt payment to supplier.
- Other purchasing duties as assigned from time to time. Purchase material for project site based on the product specification and requirements.
- Conduct price negotiation with suppliers, vendors and price comparison.
- Create purchase order and generate monthly purchase reports.
Requirements:
*Diploma or Degree in related discipline
*At least 2-3 years procurement experience in Mechinical and electrical
*An independent individual who works well under pressure
*Knowledge in Contract T&Cs
*Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
*Proficiency in computer skills, eg, MS Office, ERP system
*Immediate availability is preferred
*Singaporean & PR only
