Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd – Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an HR Executive to handle payroll processing, statutory submissions, reconciliation, and audit support. The role also involves maintaining employee records and supporting HR operations and projects. Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collection and verification of data inputs from various stakeholders and systems.
• Handle daily payroll operations and statutory submissions, including IRAS, MOM, CPF, and NS claims.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll and maintenance of payroll records.
• Verify payroll data accuracy against supporting documents to ensure data integrity.
• Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and prepare submission reports for Finance.
• Prepare payroll audit reports for internal and external auditors, including remuneration and supporting documentation as required.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Deliver efficient HR services and support the resolution of HR and payroll-related issues within the operations team.
• Provide guidance and advisory support to managers and employees on HR and payroll matters.
• Coordinate air ticket arrangements and employee repatriation when required.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of HR policies, strategies, and internal processes aligned with business objectives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR or payroll role.
• Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
