Job Description

Internship – Mechanical Engineer (Final Semester Students Preferred)

What You Will Learn

  • Basic knowledge of methods, materials, tools, safety practices, and equipment used in the HVAC trade
  • Understanding engineering drawings and preparing sketches and bills of materials
  • Knowledge of individual engineering equipment and components
  • Fundamentals of HVAC systems

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional performance tests on the ACMV system
  • Measure and validate that systems achieve the required temperatures, airflow, and humidity levels.
  • Use sensors and monitoring tools to gather real-time data on system performance and integrate with building management systems (BMS).
  • Analyze energy consumption patterns to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Prepare technical reports, test certificates, and detailed analyses of system performance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of completed assignments.
  • Learn to read and interpret drawings, technical manuals, charts, and schematics.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and vendors at all levels.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
