Looking for an exciting internship where you can gain real-world experience in the events industry?

We’re on the lookout for passionate, energetic, and hands-on university interns who love bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences.

As part of our team, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk doing admin work. You’ll be directly involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of real events from start to finish. From large-scale team building programmes and family days to corporate dinners, sports carnivals, Amazing Races, and even overseas retreats, you’ll get to experience what goes on behind the scenes of creating impactful events for clients across Singapore and beyond.

Throughout your internship, you’ll gain exposure to:

1. Event planning and coordination
2. Operations and logistics management
3. Manpower coordination
4. Client communication and support
5. Venue sourcing and setup planning
6. Event-day execution and facilitation

You’ll also get to work alongside experienced event managers, facilitators, trainers, and creative teams who will mentor and guide you through the process. One day you could be helping to coordinate a corporate Amazing Race in Sentosa, and the next you might be assisting with stage games at a Dinner & Dance or supporting a regional retreat overseas.

Most importantly, you’ll get to see how an event evolves from an idea on paper into a fully executed experience. You’ll learn how proposals are built, how logistics are coordinated, how event flows are designed, and how teams handle real-time challenges on the ground.

You’ll also get the opportunity to interact with professionals from MNCs, SMEs, overseas-based companies, and government agencies, giving you valuable exposure to real corporate environments and client expectations. No two days are ever the same in events.

We are looking for university students currently on semester break, holiday internships, or looking for internship opportunities with relevant backgrounds or experience.

Students from Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports & Wellness, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Experience in school camps, orientation programmes, CCAs, student councils, organising committees, leadership roles, or previous event planning experience will be a strong bonus as well.

If you’ve previously helped organise camps, school events, faculty activities, performances, competitions, welfare initiatives, or community projects, and enjoy coordinating people and bringing ideas to life, you’ll likely fit in very well with the team.

Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with strong attitude, initiative, energy, and willingness to learn. Even without direct industry experience, passion and a positive working attitude go a very long way in the events industry.
