Job Description

Looking for an exciting and fast-paced career in the events industry where no two days are ever the same? We’re on the lookout for driven, organised, and hands-on individuals to join our team as an Event Executive.

As part of the role, you’ll be directly involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of real events from start to finish. From large-scale team building programmes and family days to Dinner & Dance events, sports carnivals, Amazing Races, and overseas retreats, you’ll get to experience what goes on behind the scenes of creating impactful events for clients across Singapore and beyond.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk kind of role. You’ll be actively managing projects, coordinating logistics, liaising with clients, supporting onsite execution, and solving real-time operational challenges on the ground.

Throughout the role, you’ll gain exposure to:

1) Event planning and coordination
2) Client communication and project management
3) Proposal development and programme customisation
4) Logistics planning and operational workflows
5) Vendor, venue, and manpower coordination
6) On-ground event execution and troubleshooting
7) Budget tracking and cost management
8) Team facilitation and participant engagement
9) Setup, teardown, and onsite operations management
10) Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

You’ll also get to work alongside experienced Event Managers, facilitators, trainers, designers, and operations teams who will mentor and guide you throughout the process. 

Most importantly, you’ll get to see how an event evolves from an idea on paper into a fully executed experience. You’ll learn how proposals are built, how client expectations are managed, how logistics are coordinated, and how teams handle real-time event challenges on the ground.

Requirements / Preferred Background
1) Diploma holders, degree holders, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2) Candidates from Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports & Wellness, or related fields will have an advantage
3) Previous experience in event planning, event operations, logistics coordination, or vendor management will be a bonus
4) Experience in school camps, orientation programmes, CCAs, student councils, organising committees, leadership roles, or large-scale student events will be viewed favourably
5) Candidates should possess good communication and coordination skills, and be comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, participants, and event crew
