Prudential Singapore Assurance Pte Ltd – Corporate Events Intern

1. Curate and execute effective events and including implementation of timelines, venues, vendors, budget, stakeholder, content, communication, registration, speakers, awards, gifts, catering and F&B.
2. Depending on the project assigned, you get to lead or work alongside with a colleague to manage a myriad of events ranging from conferences, awards and recognition, inaugural or special events.
3. Brief and manage creative production, including external graphic designers, slide builders, videographers and photographers.
4. Manage event organisers for larger events when needed.
5. Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders, cross divisional and external stakeholders to ensure optimal success of events.
6. Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
7. Budget adherence and tracking. Negotiate prices with event organisers and manage the onboarding and contract-signing process.
8. Project administration and management of workflow.
9. Determine KPIs for measuring success of all events.
10. Onsite execution and delivery of event. Provide onsite support, both independently and as a team when required.
11. Any other ad hoc duties.

Competencies & Personal Traits:
Highly numerate with a strong analytical skillset
Good presentationa and communication skills
Possess strong MS Excel skill.
