PROVIDENCE MANAGEMENT PTE LTD - ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as an Account Assistant.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage & prepare full set of account & audit schedules
• Record & process all business transactions
• Perform bank reconciliation and process journal entries
• Process vendor’s invoices & payment
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly & yearly financial reports
• Liaise and work closely with the external auditor for year-end audit
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Recognised relevant diploma or Professional Qualification in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Proactive, result driven with strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal, communication & writing skills
• Independent and able to multi-tasking
• Team player
