Growth & Content Associate (Part-Time)
This is a high-energy role that combines sales psychology with digital content creation.

Your Mission:
Lead Hunter: Call fresh leads (from social media) during "Golden Hours" (5 PM – 8 PM) to qualify them and book appointments.
Content Creator: Edit raw property clips into punchy short-form videos.
Engagement: Respond to social media inquiries and manage the lead pipeline.
Team Spirit: Come into the office once a week (flexible day) to shoot content and sync with the team.
We are looking for:
• Current Undergraduates (Marketing/Business/Comms preferred).
• Someone who sounds energetic and professional on the phone.
• A "Digital Native" who knows how to make content stop the scroll.
• Commitment: 15–20 hours a week (Evenings & Weekends included).
