Arqis AI – Founder’s Office Intern: Strategy & Growth

Arqis is building an AI-native control layer for high-value, high-complexity transactions. We're looking for an exceptional generalist to work directly with the founder across the highest-priority problems facing the company. 

This is not a traditional internship with a fixed function. You'll work across customers, strategy, partnerships, grants, fundraising and company building, with your priorities changing as the company grows.

What you'll own

Customers & GTM

• Research priority enterprise accounts, industries and decision-makers
• Prepare founder briefings ahead of customer meetings
• Help develop proposals, pilot structures and commercial materials
• Maintain and analyze the customer and pilot pipeline
• Turn customer conversations into clear insights and follow-up actions

Grants & non-dilutive funding

• Own Arqis's Singapore grant and non-dilutive funding pipeline
• Identify relevant government, university and ecosystem programs
• Draft applications, business cases, milestones and supporting materials
• Coordinate with AMPs, agencies, universities and other partners
• Drive applications from initial research through submission and follow-up

Partnerships

• Identify potential technology, data, insurance, legal and distribution partners
• Research organizations and relevant decision-makers
• Prepare partnership proposals and meeting materials
• Track opportunities and drive follow-ups

Fundraising

• Research potential investors and strategic angels
• Prepare investor briefs and fundraising materials
• Maintain the investor pipeline
• Support data-room preparation and investor follow-ups

Strategy & intelligence

• Conduct market, competitor and regulatory research
• Analyze new markets, customer segments and product opportunities
• Build market-sizing and business cases
• Turn ambiguous questions into structured recommendations

Company building

• Help establish the processes and systems needed to scale Arqis
• Own special projects that don't neatly belong to another function
• Identify things that need fixing and take initiative to fix them
