At Presto Drycleaners, there is a second generation taking over the business, and with this, there is a strong motivation to modernise and grow this company. We are looking for an intern who have the drive to lead and create change within the old traditional laundry business. An appreciation of both the art and science of Marketing will be beneficial.
We are on an exciting track of change and have an opportunity for an individual to join us as a Marketing Intern. You should have an excellent ability to distill fun and have a fire which burns within. As an intern, we do not expect you to have significant prior experience, but you should have solid writing samples of both long and short
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualise Presto’s Marketing plans for 2019, and build the long-range plans from 2019 to 2021.
- Scan for business opportunities for Presto to tap on through market research, also known as ‘market scan’ internally.
- Analyse and plan trade engagement activities for seasonal trends for example, for Christmas and Chinese New Year,.
- Increase Presto’s brand awareness through collaborations and partnerships, a focus area for Presto.
- Create new Marketing content for Presto through print, photography and videography.
- Lead a special project of any nature that will be managed single-handedly by the candidate.
