The Project Admin Intern supports the coordination and administration of various projects and initiatives within Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore. The intern will assist with project documentation, coordination, scheduling, reporting and other administrative activities to ensure projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently. The role will also provide the intern with practical exposure to project management, business operations and cross-functional collaboration within the airport hospitality industry.

• Assist in coordinating and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with different departments and stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Follow up on project action items and provide updates on progress.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations and other relevant documents.
• Support the team in organizing project meetings, events and related arrangements.
• Assist with data collection, analysis and preparation of reports for project discussions.
• Assist in maintaining proper records and filing of project-related documents.
• Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
