Big 3 Media – Project Management Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project team in planning, organising and tracking of project schedule 
• Assist in liaising with Art, Animation, Design, Development and Production teams to make sure projects are running smoothly and delivered on time 
• Assist the project teams in the casting of talents for projects
• Assist in consolidating and organising meeting/communication notes, feedback and project-related content/assets 
• Conduct research work to assist in projects or ideation of creative proposals
• Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned

Job Requirements:

• A Degree/Diploma in Business, Design, preferably with Animation or Illustration experience or equivalent
• Candidates with media background in design, multimedia or film would be an added advantage 
• Team player with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, meticulous and responsible
• Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
• Eligible to work in Singapore 
• Able to commit full-time (Mon-Fri, 10AM - 7PM)
