ST Recruitment Centre – Shipping Coordinator

A Recruitment Agency that provide employment services to their existing clients.

• Min GCE "N/O/A" level or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
• Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding companies
• Knowledge in consolidated shipment, if any
• Manage a full set of import documents accurately to support freight forwarding processes
• Process orders comprehensively, including preparing and handling shipping documentation
• Coordinate with various departments and logistics service providers to ensure smooth shipment fulfillment
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve shipment issues promptly
• Assist in planning and organizing outgoing shipments to meet delivery schedules
• Perform administrative duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
• Use basic Excel skills and email communication to track and update shipment information
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative and attention to detail
• Apply knowledge of consolidated shipments to optimize freight forwarding operations (preferred skill)
• Training will be provided for fresh entry candidates.
