Job Description
Customer Service Internship (Full-time)
KEY DUTIES
- No Face to Face interaction with clients. Backend support to reply clients via emails / WhatsApp / calls
- Administrative tasks
- Simple House-keeping
ENVIRONMENT
- Flat hierarchy, independent working environment
- FREE Pilates Reformer classes
REQUIREMENTS
- 12pm - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Rest on public holidays.
- Enjoys client interaction & service-oriented
- Good customer service and telephone etiquette
- Able to handle multiple requests coming in at the same time and systematically completes all tasks before the end of day
- Able to work independently and alone.
- Experienced in admin work, good with Microsoft office and quick in picking up using computer systems
- Detailed oriented, meticulous, careful
