Responsibilities

• Assist in front desk operation, visitor registration, answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls, responding email enquiries as required;
• Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities;
• General office management and procurement such as ordering stationary
• Providing administration support to HR Department
• Assist to answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Fresh graduate/student pursuing degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant field

Skills/Things you can gain from an internship:

• Experience with HR software, like INFOTech or HRMS
• Knowledge of HR and Employment policies
