We are looking to bring on Graduate Recruitment Consultant for Phaidon International Singapore to join 1 of our 5 major brands in Singapore: Selby Jennings, Larson Maddox, LVI Associates, EPM Scientific & DSJ Global.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

• Proactively interacts and maintains great relationships with top companies in the Asia Pacific region
• Act as a professional consultant who gains to understand the client's needs and provides talent solutions to fill their business gaps
• Act as an advisor to help top candidates in the market find their dream job
• Be equipped with technical knowledge and be updated with current market conditions to be aware of organizations that are looking to hire mid to senior level executives
• Work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis in order to become financially independent and successful!

• Graduate degree holder
• Experience in business development/sales/tele-sales
• Good interpersonal skills: a detailed and organized person who can work with a “team” but also excel individually
• Ability to deal with high pressure and target-driven environment
