Boustead Wavefront – Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analysis and research of markets, industries, and specific commercial entities
• Creation and analysis of financial models and valuation sensitivities
• Develop comparative analysis and other metrics for company valuations
• Perform due diligence of companies seeking private and public investments
• Assistance with the management of the IPO process for the company’s clients including transaction execution and ongoing monitoring
• Prepare presentation materials and pitch books for clients, investors and partners 
• Prepare investment decks and investment memorandum for the investment committees
• Assistance with corporate advisory projects 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in banking & finance, accountancy, business management, economics, or related fields 
• 3+ years’ work experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or equivalent 
• Deep analytical, research and technical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
