What you will be involved in:

• Gathering client requirements
• Sourcing and screening of candidates; you will gain knowledge about the different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches
• Conducting interviews and profiling suitable candidates
• Assisting Mentor with proposing potential candidates to prospective companies
• Aiding during the offer process and contract signing
• Other ad-hoc duties
