As our Product Trainee / Intern, you will be responsible for providing extensive operational support in enabling the product team to plan and implement the deliverables based on our customer requirements and our product roadmap. You will also be responsible for generating relevant data gathering, reports and insights in measuring the post-launch product performance and facilitating the communication amongst various internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Obtaining adequate data to report on high level and product-specific metrics, eliciting insights and translating into actionable insights.
Collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders such as product development, customer experience, marketing and revenue teams from gathering business input to deliver on product.
Work with project managers and development teams to ensure successful delivery of products and solutions on schedule.
Troubleshoot data issues, identify and perform corrective actions as required.
Provide support in Competitive Analysis to ensure our product tech stack remains relevant.
Data gathering, research and documentation of internal processes and progress updates as required.
What You'll Need:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar sciences/economics.
Strong analytical thinking, data-driven and creative problem-solving skills
Highly accountable, resourceful, and a self-starter.
Attention to detail in a highly tactical, execution-centered environment.
Someone who can thrive when pulled in many directions; you are keen to do both big and small things that advance common goals.
Able to prioritize when working on multiple projects.
Can commit to working full time, mondays to fridays or 40 hours per week.
