Job Description

About this role

Pear Comms is looking for a Sales Intern to boost our Sales Team in scaling our product and acquiring more customers. You will be the initial contact with our prospects and potential customers. You will contribute to our hyper growth by contributing ideas and leading projects to promote our productivity solution, hence attract more customers. You will learn how to be an effective prospector and how to close more sales.

What you will do

  • Facilitate engagement with potential customers 

  • Reach out to inbound leads via various communication channels (Linkedin/call/email)

  • Convert leads to appointments for the sales professionals

  • Creatively generate more leads

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet

  • Outgoing and confident with calling and speaking to strangers

  • Able to commit full-time for 3-6 months
