Job Description

We’re Hiring High-Performing Sales Closers!

Part-time Sales Executive
Performance-based earnings (up to $1,200 per merchant group)
3-Month Contract (Renewable / Conversion Opportunity)
Singapore (Field-Based / Outbound)

This Role Is For You If
- You’re comfortable being on the ground, talking to business owners daily
- You don’t wait for leads — you create opportunities
- You’re motivated by results, not just activity
- You want a role where performance directly drives earnings

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive high-volume outbound sales (walk-ins, cold calls, field outreach)
- Engage SMEs across F&B, retail, and service industries
- Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive pitches
- Identify merchant needs and position relevant solutions
- Handle objections and push deals to closure
- Build and maintain a strong daily pipeline
- Track progress using CRM / internal tools
- Provide feedback from the ground to improve conversion

What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicators who can hold conversations with business owners
- Individuals who are comfortable with rejection and persistence
- Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented
- Prior sales experience and network (1–2 years preferred, but not required if you can perform)

What You Get
- Performance-based earnings per merchant group onboarded
- Earn $70–$150 per location for small to mid-size merchant groups (1–4 branches)*
(e.g. a 3-outlet merchant = $210–$450 depending on tier)
-$700 flat payout for multi-outlet merchant groups (5–7 branches)*
-$1,200 flat payout for larger multi-location merchants (8+ branches)*
-No cap on earnings — your output drives your income
-Structured system that rewards higher-value deals
-Opportunity for contract renewal and full-time conversion
-Exposure to a fast-paced startup sales environment

*Per-location payout is determined by predefined merchant tier classifications. The remuneration is based on the preset KPIs. Full details will be shared during the interview.

How You’ll Be Measured
- Merchant groups onboarded per month
- Conversion rate (lead → signed)
- Ability to secure and close higher-value merchant groups
