Job Description

The HR intern's responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents, accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • A strong self-starter with good initiative and a hands-on attitude to get task completed.
  • Assist in recruitment function from posting the job advertisement, screening candidates, interview arrangement and preparing Letter of Appointment.
  • Provide people data analytics support when in need
  • Improve employee experience by helping organize engagement activities
  • Supporting Employees and Management by driving, planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HR guidelines, procedures and guidelines across the full spectrum of HR
  • Assist with daily HR activities like recruiting, onboarding, documentation, transfers, employee development etc.
  • Continuous improvement of HR systems and policies
  • Ensuring training is implemented to ensure all necessary certificates are obtained by the company under full compliance of regulations
  • Manage Office services and maintenance
  • Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace. Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed
  • Any HR and admin ad-hoc duties

Job Skills

  • Good command of spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Postgraduate (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management
  • Adequate knowledge in Singapore's labour law
  • Available to complete min. 6 months internship
