Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of materials as require by Singapore Restaurants operation and overseas business
- Assist in evaluation of the submissions of vendors on requests for quotation, proposal and tender
- Regular evaluation of the performance of appointed vendors and the products supplied.
- Work closely with restaurants operation in term of stock level, supplies consistency and quality, internal transfer
- Assist in warehouse and logistics team and ensure operation efficiency in term of warehouse supplies and on time delivery
- Supervise processing team in day to day Internal Transfer Orders print out warehouse pick and pack delivery
- Able to work under multi companies and multi concepts environment
- Ad hoc duties and responsibilities delegated by the Procurement Manager
Requirements:
- Possess diploma/degree business administration, logistic or procurement
- Knowledge in e-procurement system and Navasion systems.
- Relevant supervisory experience in purchasing and warehousing management.
- Strong analytical, financial and project management skills
- Highly motivated, ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skillss
