PanelPlace has an opening for Operation Intern (Project Team) to help manage our day-to-day operation processes for our businesses.
Job Scope:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in project campaigns setup and updates.
- Conduct analysis and create insights from data.
- Coordinate and implement initiatives, operational system/processes.
- Manage overall customer support operation.
- Optimize existing operational processes.
What you can expect:
- Take on responsibility and spearhead project/initiatives.
- Hands on experience in operation, project management, analytics and customer engagement.
- A chance to cross team and experience what other departments are doing (for internship period 6 months and more).

Requirements:
- Based in Singapore.
- Singaporean/ PR/ foreign students or graduates that qualify for Work Holiday Pass only.
- Flexible/ Immediate start with a minimum period of 3 months.
- Undergraduates and fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (full-time employment opportunity available based on performance).
- People oriented, enjoy helping others and have a good learning attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous with good follow-through.
- Proficiency in English; Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Independent, resourceful and digital-savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Good with numbers.
- Interested in startup and performance-based marketing is a plus.
