Business Analyst Intern
Job Scope:
• Analyse service requests and issues and document findings clearly
• Maintain and enhance FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Prepare UAT documentation, user guides, and execute UAT using provided test cases
• Support data validation and structured data updates
• Track documentation and UAT progress and provide structured updates
KPIs:
• ≥90% of assigned documentation delivered on time and approved
• UAT execution completed for 100% of assigned test cases
• Documentation quality score ≥4/5 (supervisor review)
• Zero data accuracy issues in submitted validation tasks
• Weekly progress updates submitted on schedule
Requirements:
Knowledge:
- IT services Fundamentals (IT support, systems, applications)
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
(eg: incident, request, change) - Documentation tools & Repository
- Testing support
- Task tracking and reporting
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT tools or platforms
- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
