Helicap – Investment Analyst Internship Spring 2027 (Dec 2026 – May 2027)

Helicap is hiring full-time investment interns (Dec 2026 - May 2027) for its Private Credit Fund and Investments Platform in its Singapore office. This internship is under the group's Fund Management team responsible for the company's Private Credit Fund and offers direct experience in its investments and portfolio management functions covering APAC.

We are hiring interns for the Credit Fund and Investment Deal Platform. As an investment intern, you will support the team in company evaluation, formulating investment theses via market research, and be involved in our investments' overall management.

• Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions within technology and alternative lending industries
• Strategising and development of investment thesis on potential opportunities
• Preparation of investment slide decks and financial modeling of private credit opportunities
• Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
• Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals and startup advisory
• Continuous investment management of private debt / venture debt / venture capital investments, in terms of forecasting and monitoring financial returns
• Contribute to the development of Helicap’s technology and analytics platform
• Participate in business development initiatives within Helicap and portfolio companies
• Assist with business development, events, and other commercial activities

Skill Sets and Requirements

• Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
• Working proficiency in native languages in SEA is a plus (not a requirement)
• Prior experience in credit analysis/transactions is a plus (not a requirement)
