Orkla Asia Pacific (OAP) is a young and dynamic organization headquartered in Singapore, responsible for building up Orkla’s brands in the Asia Pacific region. Orkla is the leading branded consumer goods company in Scandinavia and Baltic regions. Its products are sold in over 100 countries. (https://www.orkla.com/).
The role as Commercial Assistant has four main areas of responsibilities:
1. Lead social media for Orkla’s brands in Singapore
Create and implement social media strategy.
Plan and deploy social media calendar to support business initiatives, and improve key indicators.
Content development and localization.
2. Explore online business opportunity with possible promotional initiatives.
Support to identify online enablers for Orkla’s business in online platforms, includes marketplace, customers’ online stores, Amazon.
Develop online initiatives to direct traffic and drive sales conversion for those platforms.
3. Manage end to end operations of marketing activities and new product launch
Plan development and implementation.
Coordinate with stakeholders for marketing materials design and on-time delivery.
4. Sales and marketing reports
Data input, includes PO, DO, shipment upon receiving.
Maintain and update monthly sales report.
Update inventory
Prepare invoice upon receiving of PO
Prepare statement of account and help with account receivable management
