Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with and render support to Relationship Managers
- Work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth process in delivering the necessary deliverables to vendors.
- Friendly approach in handling customers and vendors queries efficiently
- Liaise and maintain a good relationship with Vendors’ Sales and Admin throughout the sales process
- Provide general administrative support to the Vendor Financing Team
Requirements
- Ability to work with people across different departments in the Company and is a strong believer in customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous and takes initiative in problem resolution
- Possess a pleasant disposition and a team player
