Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd (JCAD) is a joint venture between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Mall Asia to manage Jewel Changi Airport. Strategically located in the heart of the airport, Jewel is envisaged to be a world-class lifestyle destination that will enable the Changi air hub to capture passenger mindshare and strongly boost Singapore’s appeal as a stopover point for travellers.
The candidate will be exposed to lease management, data analysis, managing PowerBI dashboard, as well as assisting in lease admin duties.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Your duties include the following leasing and analysis functions:
• Assist in lease data extraction and management
• Assist in preparation of power point slides, updating of floor plans, etc
• Assist in lease administration ie. filing, printing, etc. and any other admin duties assigned
Requirements
1. Candidate should be pursuing an education in Business/Data Analytics or any relevant fields.
2. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly basic functions of MS Excel.
3. Possess some knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
4. Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
5. A good team player.
6. A proactive contributor who takes initiative.
