Job Description

Project Goal: Develop a benchmark study to unlock hidden potential and identify improvement measures in order to enhance the performance of the Distribution business in RAP. Output will be a complete PowerPoint analysis.

Project begin: As soon as possible

Project term: 2 months with potential 1 month extension

Project Scope: By Segment and in total 2018 and 2019 data where possible

Countries: Omya Philippines, PTUC, Malaysia, ANZ, Korea, India, China, Pakistan, Trilogie, Small European country like CH, or other to be defined

KPI’s and analytics:

Number of orders per day (Average of 60 days)

Daily orders per head

Daily orders per sales head

NS per head

CM2 per head

Sales v.s. non sales staff (ratio)

Deliveries per day

Invoices per day

Indent vs. Ex Stock absolute and %

Total active customers (Orders more than 1 in last 9 months)

Active customers per head

Active customers per sales person

Total principals

Average sales per principal

Opportunity pipeline (total items) KP tool and Sales force

Opportunity pipeline per sales person KP tool and Sales force

Opportunity pipeline hit rate KP tool and Sales force

Market growth rate vs. NS growth rate

Cross Selling development and potential

Required Skills: Analytic skills and good communicator, proficient with Excel including basic pivot skills and also PowerPoint

Level: 3rd or 4th year undergrad
