Job Description

Part Time Admin Assistant (Long Term / Permanent)

  • 1 pm to 5.30 pm (lunch time not included)
  • 5 days work week
  • Employee benefits apply
  • Bonus will depend on firm’s and individual performance

Jobscope

  1. Renaming of files
  2. Manage & order office supplies
  3. Data entry using MS Office or any software available
  4. Photocopy, scanning, printing, filing and archiving of documents
  5. Draft simple letters
  6. Run Errands
  7. Liaising with courier/dispatch
  8. Preparing claims and receipts
  9. Just be in office (presence)

Requirements

  1. Able to commit for long term
  2. Singaporean or Singapore PR only
  3. Willing to learn
  4. Bilingual (Chinese & English)
  5. Can type / write
  6. Trustworthy
  7. Friendly
