New Medical Laboratory Pte Ltd – Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive shall assist in organisation sales and growth efforts by contributing to new clinic sales and expanding the range of service offerings for existing clinics. 

~ Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including email, cold-calling or visiting clinics

~ Strengthen relationships with existing clients to develop the partnerships with the Laboratory

~ Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

~ Able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

~ Work closely with Marketing, Admin and Laboratory Team in deployment and client engagement

~ Manage, track and report on all sales activities and pipeline

~ Meet or exceed Sales KPIs

~ Support in writing new business proposals

~ Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.

Requirements: 

~ Possess strong customer service skills

~ Excellent written and verbal communication

~ Possess good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills

~ Detail-oriented, an active listener and willing to work in teams

~ Ability to work under pressure

~ Familiarity with laboratory services and/ or experience with healthcare/ clinical sales will be preferred
