Introducing the BRAVE New Media Fellowship

A hands-on program for the future operators, creators & storytellers shaping Southeast Asia's tech story.

The BRAVE New Media Fellowship is a [8–12 week] program and community for young creators, editors, and storytellers who want to shape how Southeast Asia's startup story gets told. As a fellow, you'll get insider access to the BRAVE ecosystem — the region's #1 startups & venture capital podcast, with 80,000+ listeners across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & the Philippines - plus workshops, talks, and the founders, operators, and investors in our orbit.

Along the way, you'll work directly with the BRAVE production team with the focus of growing new channels for BRAVE! Grow your portfolio of published work, and gain access to the inner workings of Southeast Asia’s top tech podcast. When the fellowship ends, you might convert into a paid part-time or full-time role with BRAVE or a partner — or go on to build your own thing, which we'd be excited to cheer on.

• Are creators & tinkerers at heart — editors, storytellers, designers, content strategists who've made something (a reel, a channel, a project)

• Have a portfolio or sample work to show — video, audio, social, anything you're proud of

• Are curious and experimental with new formats (shorts, generative media, AI editing, filmmaking)

• Want to amplify the region's founders and builders in ways that are human, clear, and culturally sharp

You don't need to be an expert - you need taste, hunger, and a willingness to learn fast.
