1. Assist in supporting process documentation, daily coordination, company activities, employee training, etc.
2. Assist in collecting weekly meeting information, supporting meetings, forming minutes and maintaining effective communication with business departments

3. Understand the company's HR policy and provide support and answers to employees' questions

4. Provide human-related data analysis, support assigned duties



Job Requirements:
1. Postgraduate students are enrolled in the program, regardless of major.
2. Proficient use of office software, excel data analysis tools
3. Good communication skills (oral and professional), systematic thinking, and detail-oriented
4. Proactive and willing to accept challenges
5. Responsible and positive work attitude, able to handle challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment
6.Guaranteed priority for five days a week and long-term internships
