Over the last 10 years, Merry Bees has planned and performed at over 2,000 successful events and created a plethora of digital content for clients. They provide event, business, and talent services, among other things. Managing a diverse range of talents, including show hosts, singers, musicians, and entertainers, they have entertained and produced stages of all kinds. The Merry Bees event and content creation ecosystem is complete with its own fleet of audiovisual equipment, which is operated by the company's own sound engineers, graphic artists, videographers, and editors, enabling them to conceptualize, plan, and manage your event from start to end. 

Job Description
  1. Managing professionals and talents in the events and entertainment industry
  2. Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
  3. Provide administrative and operational support
  4. Plan and prepare business proposals
  5. Coordinating events and shoots on-site or virtually
  6. Generate ideas and/or carry out event promotion/marketing activity
  7. Design, create and plan digital content for Merry Bees on social media platforms such as FB, IG, YouTube and Tiktok.
  8. Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
  9. Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels: FB, IG, YouTube and Tiktok.
  10. Photography and videography tasks at events on-site or virtually.
  11. Production assistant to livestream and production/technical team.
  12. Post event/production edits using adobe creative suite and other softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  13. Handle customer enquiries and requests
  14. Conduct research and gather information for proposal development
  15. Prepare event proposal and budget
  16. Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
  17. Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
  18. Other adhoc duties when required

  5. Learn to manage a wide range of clientele (up to C-level clients)
  6. One-to-one mentorship with our business development manager and other team leaders in handling quotations and administrative matters.
  7. Softskills that will never be taught in the classroom
  8. Pre-planning of an event
  9. On-site event / virtual event management skills
  10. Post-event management skills


  1. Background in Marketing, Communication, Arts Management, Digital Media Design, Marketing, Business or other related discipline.
  2. Background in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
  3. Pleasant and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  4. Having an interest in creative and design works is a bonus.
  5. Knowledge and fluency in Mandarin and other languages is a bonus
  6. Able and open to work under pressure and willing to work flexible hours
  7. No prior experience is required but candidate must have a positive and resillient attitude, motivated and excited to learn new skills.
