Menicon is a specialist manufacturer of contact lenses. Menicon Singapore is the global manufacturing site for high tech flat pack daily disposable lenses is the base for developing technologies and products with advanced, value added features. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products to ensure they conform to all specifications and procedures
• Record inspection results in accordance to established procedures
• Ensure that inspection reports are accurate and reliable
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and emphasize good 5S and proper housekeeping within the department through the involvement of all team members
• Perform verification of equipment using precise working standard
• Identify and communicate abnormal result by alerting supervisory personnel

 Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays or weekend when required
• Able to perform 12-hour shift works
• Able to work in clean room environment
• Team player with dependable attitude
