Mellower Coffee Holding Company is a coffee trading Company founded by the founder in 2011. Since 2011, it has been focusing on the import and export trade of the international Coffee raw materials market. 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading operations team members to handle and manage shipping documents (B/L, contract, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of weight and quality) efficiently.
  • Oversee the overseas trader on trading procedures.
  • Leading the overseas operations departments on tracking of shipment and documentation flow.
  • Liaise with shipping companies/ship brokers/shipping & cargo agency on shipping arrangements, container schedules and transportation tracking.
  • Computation and settlement of laytime with supplier/buyer/owners of bulk carrier shipments.
  • Liaise with accounts department for processing of bill payments, bank advice, Purchase & Sales or other Invoice/supporting documents, treasury report etc.
  • Monitor customers and suppliers for the proper settlement of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage inventories and allocations.
  • Set up and review shipment procedures. 
  • Suggest solutions to logistics issues. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder. 
  • Min 5 years of experience in the commodity industry handing coffee beans, and sugar with import/export documentation practices.
  • Preferably with international trade background.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and costing is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, coupled with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Strong Adaptability and execution.
  • Multi-task and able to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
