About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Club Administrative Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end private club. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling VIP reception, venue coordination, event support, and vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of a high-end private club, ensuring a comfortable and premium environment for members and guests.
- Receive and assist VIP guests and important clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Coordinate venue rental, meetings, private events, and other activities, including preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Liaise with cleaning, maintenance, and other service vendors to ensure facilities operate smoothly.
- Manage procurement of office and operational supplies, while maintaining reasonable cost control.
- Support general administrative matters and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; current students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Outgoing, sociable, and confident in client-facing situations.
- Strong service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Able to multitask and respond quickly to daily operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-end private clubs, hotels, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium customer service is preferred.
- Experience in event planning, event execution, or venue coordination is a plus.
- Good spoken English communication skills.
