• Candidate with Front of the House (Services) experience may apply to convert their career to Back of the House (Chef)
• Candidate should not have related Back of the House (Kitchen/Chef) experience within the last 10 years

Job Descriptions: 

• Ensure and maintain all inventories are in order/sufficient. 
• Hot and Cold cooking
• Assist Chef in overseeing daily operation 
• Gain knowledge of the company and make essential decision when necessary 
• Ensure the efficiency of kitchen operation is properly maintained 
• Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower 
• Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary 
• Perform effective problem-solving skills when necessary 
• Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis 
• Able to commit to SHRM Diploma training sponsored by employer within 6 months 
• High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers 
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team 
• Candidates are required to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willingness to stand, work long shifts of up to 12 hours or longer is required for this position
