Mega Discount Store Pte Ltd – eCommerce Operations Intern

Established in 1994, Mega Discount Store offers consumer electronics at great value and super customer service. We carry a wide range of products including audio/visual equipment, gadgets, home and kitchen appliances as well as accessories, direct from manufacturers. 

Most of its products are obtained directly from manufacturers such as LG, Bosch, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Hitachi, Toshiba, Phillips and Samsung.  Besides cash and carry business, MDS also provides delivery and installation with its own delivery team.

Platforms: Mega Website, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon

Your responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers' order accross eCommerce platforms
• Fufilment & packing of daily orders
• Attending to customers' inquries via phone calls & chat platforms
• Uploading of new products to various platforms

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in demanding, fast-paced and high performance environment
• This role will require being able to move merchandise
• Ability to work independently
• Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple platforms at once
• Must be proactive with a solution/result oriented attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (E.g Microsoft Excel,Word)
